Privacy Statement

We respect your privacy & we operate under strict privacy rules. Your email address and other information about yourself is confidential and will not be sold, shared, rented or given away. We may, from time to time, send you special offers related to webmaster/sponsor promotions. You may remove yourself from our list at any time, by clicking on a remove link provided at the bottom of any email message.

Spam or Unsolicited Bulk Email

The sending of spam (unsolicited bulk email) is not permitted. If you use the The MillionEzHits website in any way to send spam, your membership will be terminated immediately. Further if you send spam by some other method(s) and that transmission is in any way associated with your MillionEZHits membership, or if you use spam to promote your MillionEzHits webpage, your membership will be terminated immediately.

We are the sole judge and have final authority on what is to be considered spam.

Furthermore, we will hold you legally liable to the full extent of the law for ANY spam complaints or legal proceedings associated with spam email that originated from you or promotes your referral link at the MillionEZHits site. We will pursue all legal options in recovering legal fees, and penalties/fines that the MillionEZHits system incurred by your malicious promotion of the system.

Acceptable Use/Acceptable Websites

You may not use the MillionEZHits system to promote any site related to adult content, pornography, spyware, adware, hacking, illegal activities, hate-related sites, or any other website that is considered offensive to the general public. Doing so will result in immediate termination of your MillionEZHits membership, and you will be reported to the relevant Authorities in your Country of residence.

Misuse of the MillionEZHits System

Misuse and/or abuse of the MillionEZHits System will result in immediate termination of your membership. You may not use the MillionEZHits System to promote any announcement/website related to pornography, spyware, adware, hacking, spam, copyright infringement, theft of service, illegal activities, or hate-related sites, as per the paragraph above. All usage is tracked by IP number and can be traced to your computer's IP number and your ISP. We work with ISPs and anonymous proxy companies in order to detect abuse and fraud, and we will report you to the relevant authorities when neccessary.

Agreement

The MillionEZHits System is free for all members. You will have full access to the site and its resources in line with these terms and conditions. The the MillionEZHits System is funded by means of sponsorship whereby, advertisers pay a set premium to place small banner advertisments to be displayed on our site, and to send occasional email advertisments to our members list. As a free member, you agree to receive these occasional email advertisiments/offers to your registered email address as held on our records. If a member chooses not to accept & receive these sponsored emails, your account and membership with the MillionEZHits System will be terminated.

User ID & Password Loss/Misuse/Transfer/Sharing

Access to the the MillionEZHits System members area is through a combination of a username and a password. Members may not under any circumstances release their login information to any other person, and are required to keep his or her login details strictly confidential.

The MillionEZHits System administrators will not release passwords for any reason, to anyone other than the the MillionEZHits System member, except as may be specifically required by law or court order.

Unauthorized access to the the MillionEZHits System members site is a breach of this Agreement and a violation of law. Subscribers acknowledge that the webmaster of the site may track, via the use of special software each subscribers' entry to the site.

If any breach of security, theft or loss of login details, or unauthorized disclosure of login details occurs, subscribers must immediately notify the MillionEZHits System of said security breach. Members will remain liable for unauthorized use of service until the MillionEZHits System is notified of the security breach by email.

Password sharing is considered theft of services and is illegal. Password sharing can be detected.

Sharing your the MillionEZHits System password with another person will result in immediate termination of your membership. Further we report all cases to the relevant authorities for the durisdiction of the members location.

Further anyone who shares their password with another person will be reported to a number of fraud databases. Many online commerce systems check these databases during an electronic transaction. Further we reserve the right to take legal action and other remedies against anyone who shares their password or commits any other computer crime or theft of services.

Authorized Use

The MillionEZHits System members are hear-by authorized a single license to access the the MillionEZHits System members area, and to use it within the terms of this agreement. This license shall be granted for sole use via one computer. No material within the site may be transferred to any other person or entity, whether commercial or non-commercial.

In addition, materials may not be modified, or altered. Materials may not be displayed publicly, or used for any rental, sale, or display. Materials shall extend to copyright, trademarks, or other proprietary notices thereof.

The MillionEZHits System reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if the terms of this agreement are breached. In the case that the terms are breached, you will be required to immediately destroy any information or material printed, downloaded or otherwise copied from the the MillionEZHits System members site.

Limitation of Liabilty

We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits or data, arising in connection with this Agreement or your membership or the MillionEZHits System website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Guarantees or Lack Thereof

The MillionEZHits System makes no promises or guarantees on how the the MillionEZHits System members site may affect your website visitor traffic or your financial success.

Furthermore, while it is our goal to have all areas of the the MillionEZHits System site fully working during all times, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, there may from time to time be a webpage, link or tool which is not working. Once we learn of said problem we will attempt to correct the problem in a reasonably quick manner. We make no guarantees on website functionality and uptime.

Term of Agreement

The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your online application/signup and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party notice of termination either in writing, or by email.

At any time, and without cause, membership may be terminated at by either the MillionEZHits System or the the MillionEZHits System member, as per the terms in the above paragraph.

Changes to Terms

We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on this site or on the MillionEZHits System members site. If any modification is unacceptable to you, you have the right to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation as a MillionEZHits System member following our posting of a change notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance of the change.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT. YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR STATEMENT OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.
